Hello everyone! I have been looking at the Trust Swiftly platform for a couple of weeks now. I first heard about it from colleagues when we were discussing strengthening user verification in our application. We currently use regular two-factor authentication via SMS, but this is no longer enough. We increasingly encounter fraud and fake accounts. I am wondering if it is worth bothering with biometric verification via Trust Swiftly? How realistic is it to implement this without much stress for the development team? And will it be convenient for users, especially older ones - will it scare them off? Please share, if you have had experience. I would really like to hear real cases, and not just marketing slogans from the site.Apr 17th, 3:21 am -

We just completed the implementation of Trust Swiftly in our company last quarter. We work in the real estate rental sector, and we constantly had difficulties with verifying new tenants - fake documents, proxies, other people's bank cards, etc. We decided to try biometric verification as an additional level of protection, and Trust Swiftly turned out to be the most convenient option in terms of flexibility and speed of implementation. I'll start with the main thing - yes, indeed, their integration is quite well thought out. We started with the facial recognition feature: the user simply uploads their photo or takes a selfie, and the system automatically compares it with the photo on the ID. It is very convenient that Trust Swiftly supports many types of documents from different countries - we have clients from Europe, Asia, the USA. You can also enable voice biometrics or fingerprint analysis, but for now we have stopped only on facial recognition. As for development, our team of backend engineers connected everything in about 10 days. The most labor-intensive part is not technical integration, but thinking through scenarios: when exactly to launch verification, what actions to take in case of failure, how to notify the user. But the guys from Trust Swiftly really helped - they have good technical support, they even offered flow templates.Apr 17th, 10:57 am -

It's very interesting to read your experience! We also recently started studying biometric solutions, and Trust Swiftly was shortlisted. I especially liked that they allow you to combine different verification methods - convenient for multi-platform projects.Apr 17th, 4:31 pm
