    Agreed on both fronts. The back looked a lot more solid and correcting a hook is a way easier fix than a slice.

    You probably just smoked a bit too much weed and got too loose. 😎 In those times you gots to remember to tighten your swing up a bit. (ie. keep your lower half stable and quiet and feel your swing tighten on the backswing.) This will shorten your backswing and should prevent you from overturning; helping straighten out that hook.
